All the way from South Carolina, Lindsay is cookin' up some Southern favourites alongside BBQ Pitmaster Ed. We believe in fresh local ingredients, sustainable sourcing and big flavours. We aren't taking any shortcuts - we use a huge offset smoker for our BBQ Pulled Pork, where the fire must be manned at least 8 hours a day. With influences from across the South, we want to share this amazing cuisine with the locals & visitors of the Coffs Coast.
